Online Neuro-inclusive

DBT (informed) skills groups

for Adults & Adolescents

Build emotional resilience, strengthen relationships, and learn to trust yourself again—no matter your neurotype.

What is Living Skillfully DBT?

Living Skillfully DBT is a fully online service that offers gentle, practical evidence-based skills groups that honor neurodivergent wiring, sensory needs, and lived experience, without pathologizing who you are. Informed by DBT & RO-DBT, learn emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and relationship skills in a space designed for your brain.

You might relate if…

  • Your emotions go from 0–100 fast

  • You swing between burnout and hyperfocus

  • You mask to survive, then crash later

  • Conflict or feedback sends you into shutdown or spirals

  • You’ve tried therapy/skills before but struggled to actually use them in real life

This course is especially supportive for:

  • Neurodivergent folks (diagnosed or self-identified) — ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, etc.

  • Anyone with rejection sensitivity, shame spirals, or constant self-doubt

  • Folks who struggle with sensory overload and emotional flooding

  • People who’ve done “standard DBT” and felt like it wasn’t built for their brain

  • Anyone who needs practical adaptations

What you’ll walk away with

  • Skills to regulate without forcing yourself to mask or fake calm

  • Better emotional clarity: what you’re feeling, why, and what you actually need

  • Tools for boundaries that don’t rely on being “confident 24/7”

  • A better understanding of your patterns + how to shift them realistically

  • A repeatable way to get back to baseline after emotional intensity

  • A supportive space to get momentum with people who "get it"

What makes our DBT groups neuro-inclusive?

Evidence-based DBT & RO-DBT skills, translated, adapted and delivered at a pace to suit almost every neurotype, learning style and sensory profile.

Neuro-inclusivity means whether you have a diagnosis or not, we don’t assume everyone thinks, feels, and learns the same way. In this space, we teach DBT skills with flexibility built in, because we know that brains differ, nervous systems differ, and so do attention, sensory needs, processing speed, communication styles, and what “helpful” actually feels like. You won’t be pushed into a one-size-fits-all version of mindfulness or “doing it properly.” You’ll get practical options, real-world adaptations, and permission to make the skills work for you, not the other way around.

What’s included

• Live weekly group sessions (virtual & interactive—attend from anywhere) lasting 120 mins

• Clear handouts, strategies, and weekly skills practice with suggested adaptations

• A private community space (participants only) for questions, wins, tips, and support

• A safe, neurodiversity-affirming space—come exactly as you are

• Facilitated by a qualified mental health clinician with 16 years’ experience in DBT 1:1 and group facilitation

• Optional 1:1 coaching calls available to support skill integration (add-on)

This is for you if…

• You’re 18+ (Adult Group) 15-18 (Adolescent Group)

• You often feel overwhelmed by intense emotions, have a hard time setting boundaries, feel as though rejection sensitivity is ruling your life

• You want evidence based strategies, delivered in a flexible accessible way

• You’re in therapy (or on a waitlist) and want skills while you wait or to complement your current treatment

• You’re neurodivergent (diagnosed or not), highly sensitive, burnt out from masking, or just done with one-size-fits-all therapy

• You’ve done DBT before and want to refresh your skills or try a different approach

If any of this resonates with you, why not get in touch and see if our groups are a good fit.
